  • Promo is open to existing active non-Cignal Pay TV Switchers

  • Requirements:

    • SAF (Service Application Form)

    • Valid proof of identification

    • Existing Pay TV SOA (Statement of Account) or proof of payment (original receipt or digital copy)

      • Pay TV Provider/Company Name

      • Registered Account Name must be the same as the applicant’s name and name on proof of identification

      • Date of Payment and coverage of payment must still be within 2 months from date of application with Cignal

    • Proof of Billing/ SOA (Statement of Account) / proof of payment must be readable, visible, legible, and without damage.

      • Should not be altered in any way

      • Should not be torn, wet, or stained

      • For handwritten ORs, writing should be legible and clear

      • For printed receipts, ink should be visible and clear

      • For online receipts, screenshot should be clear

  • Applicants who submit OR without existing Pay TV SOA (Statement of Account)/ Proof of Billing shall be enrolled to e-bill
